Phase 3 - Mechanization completed
Once the inner aluminum frame has been installed, the sheet metal has been bent and the holes have been drilled, the machining phase can be considered completed.
It is time to prepare the plate for painting. However, before doing so, I recommend that you “present” the installation on the vehicle to ensure that the holes fall where they should, and/or correct/adjust them if necessary.

Mechanization completed. Last phase to adjust: seize the opportunity
At this point, your plate should already fit perfectly to what you wanted to make. Since it has not yet been painted, you have a good opportunity to adapt or correct. That is why I recommend that before painting you make a “simulation” of the installation, “present” it, verify that the drillings and anchorages match and make sure that after painting, the installation will be easy. In fact, we recommend that if you have not yet installed the anchors on the underbody of the vehicle, wait until you have everything ready to do a “dry” installation before painting. It is a small investment of time that will be very useful.
